This World Full Of Lies

Assalamu'alaikum w.b.t.
Living on earth for 18 years, I have encountered a lot of obstacles, went through ups and downs of life, fell in love, experiencing friends come and go away from my live so on and so forth.
No matter whatever sort of life that each of us has undergone, one thing we need to remember, "DUNIA" is a place full of lies and hatred. Too many distractions that lie on our way to achieve whatever goal that we set.
Money, power, love, excessive entertainment are some of them in which if not handle carefully, will be very harmful to one's life. However, that is not an excuse for us not to excel in our lives on Earth. As muslim, we are encouraged to seek happiness in this life and in the hereafter.
I am reminding myself and those who are reading this, please don't let yourself get carried away by the flow of today's world because it does more harm than good. Gain as much knowledge as you can for knowledge is the key to unlock doors of happiness,  unity, peacefulness, success and better life.

Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) once said..." You want the world, with knowledge, you want the hereafter, with knowledge, you want both, with knowledge.. "

Wallahu'alam.

Hong Kong vs Malaysia ( Part 2 )

Hey!!! Let's continue with the 2nd part of HK-MAS thingy.
In the 1st part, I talked about cleanliness

Ok, in this part I want to share about transport system, particularly, PLATE NUMBERS OF VEHICLES.

As all of us know, Malaysians' car plate number consist of black colored plate and white number/alphabet.
Not enough with that, they come in many different designs and styles to suite to people's preferences and taste.

Some are very clear and vivid, can be seen from a distant while others can be small and need extra focus if one wants to read it. That is the result of leniency of the RTD and the Police Force, I reckon.

How about in Hong Kong? For front part of the car, the plate is white in color and the number/alphabet are black. Whereas the rear part, it comes with again black number but yellow plate. WOW. So obvious, even a far-sighted can recognize even though it may appears a bit blurry to them. And, another thing is, the plate is standardized for all type of mobile. No matter whether you drive a compact car or a luxury sport, a bus or a van, your plate are white in front and yellow at the back with big black numbers!! :) So civilized!! Ahakz..

Plate in HK

A lot of things can be learnt from that case alone.
I believe we can think on our own what are the advantages and benefits of having this system(Hong Kong plate number) in Malaysia.

Hong Kong vs Malaysia (Part I)

Assalamu'alaikum w.b.t.

Hello. I haven't had any entry for a few months. Sorry, so busy with school..school?? Y-E-S, S-C-H-O-O-L againnnn. Now being a 6th former at a British-style school. So in this entry, I want to share with all of you about Hong Kong vs Malaysia. Definitely not a football match, it's pertaining certain aspects of both parties in the context of a country as a whole. Why so sudden came up with such topic? Because I just got back from HK few days ago. :)

In this part, I wish to share about the biggest difference between both nations.
CLEANLINESS
In HK, it's hard to see litter on the road, on the pedestrian walkways and etc.
No way you can see cigarette butts all over the places.
In simplified term, if given a scale of cleanliness 1-10, whereby 1 is very dirty and 10 is very clean, I would put HK at 8/10 while my beloved MAS is at 5/10.
Isn't it an insult to us M'sia. A country with Muslim as the majority whereas HK with non-muslims overwhelm the muslim and yet they can be cleaner than us.
